The floors available for lease are currently configured in conventional 4-5 private office suite layouts.

However, we invite you to view each floor as a blank canvas that is customizable to your business needs and ready for an application of your corporate identity.

As landlords, we will work with you to identify a configuration and style that best suits your business, motivates and energizes your employees, and creates a welcoming environment for your clients and guests.

This pack contains a range of configurations and styles designed to stimulate ideas and further discussions on the optimal layout. Each one is fully customizable, and scalable to the size of your workforce: private offices and conference rooms are interchangeable, larger offices can be shared or subdivided, open-plan areas can be used at a lower density, etc.
