12/01/2021 REPORT OF GUEST LECTURE ON “CAMPUS TO CORPORATE: SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL QUALITIES NEEDED FOR FRESH PHARMACY GRADUATES” A online guest lecture on “CAMPUS TO CORPORATE: SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL QUALITIES NEEDED FOR FRESH PHARMACY GRADUATES” was organized at School of Pharmacy & Research, People’s University, Bhopal on 12/01/2021.The guest speaker was Mr. Prasad Ramchandra Bhagwat, Head - Industry Institute Interaction Cell & Placement, Shree Santkrupa Institute of Engineering & Technology, Ghogaon, Maharashtra, Ex-Sales Project Officer at Sandoz India Ltd. & Ex- Production officer at Miami Pharma and Chemicals (A Division of Lakme Ltd). Guest Lecture was also graced by the presence of, Dr. Neerja Mallick, Registrar, People’s University by virtual mode. Dr. Prasad Bhagwat provided guidance to the students with some key points and tricks to be adopt while preparing themselves for interview as fresh graduates. Bhagwat sir elaborated the topic and explained the students about effective and appropriate resume writing pattern. He also discussed about the 3H attitude i.e. head, hand and heart concept without it no one can get success in any interview. According to him Positive attitude, self confidence and right from mind are the characteristics of any person to become a successful person in the professional life. He also emphasized on the some important books to be studied during their preparations. Students enquired their doubts and get satisfied with the lecture. More than 100 participants enthusiastically took part in the lecture some of them from other colleges also. Dr. Neeraj Upmanyu, Principal, SOP&R presented certificate of Recognition to the speaker. At the end Mrs. Alka Singh, Associate Professor, SOP&R presented Vote of thanks and concluded the event. On the occasion of “National Youth Day” competitions were also organized by School of Pharmacy & Research, People’s University and the winners of the competitions are as follows:- Slogan Competition: - 1. Eisha Ganju (Associate Professor, SOP&R).
