It’s hard to believe, but it is time to begin preparing for the Fall 2014 Semester. Here at McNeese Student Housing, we are committed to providing the best service and living accommodations in the city to our student residents. We believe you are the key reason for our success. We are proud to offer you first choice for the next school year. We will continue to offer all bills paid, including phone service, cable, and internet. In addition, we will work with students receiving financial aid. We feel McNeese Student Housing offers the best location, amenities and overall value for your money. Beginning Thursday, December 12, 2013 and ending Friday, February 14, 2014, we will sign leases with everyone who currently resides here and wishes to renew their lease. After Friday, February 14th, all rooms without a lease signed for the Fall 2014 school year, will be available for open leasing. This means that your room may not be available to you for the Fall 2014 semester. There will be no exceptions. Rental rates effective August 1, 2014 are as follows: -> Garden Apartments $566 per month (12 month contract) -> 2/1 Private Suites $540 per month (10 month contract) -> 6/2 Super-Private Suites $510 per month (10 month contract)* -> 6/2 Private Suites $476 per month (10 month contract) -> 6/2 Semi-Private Suites $376 per month (10 month contract) -> Collette Hall $261 per month (10 month contract)

Be advised that if you do renew your lease and decide to live off campus, you will have to follow the sub-lease agreement procedure for that lease term.
