A Brasov based Irish Company providing IT/ Software support to international clients that include Ryanair, Microsoft & Dell Computers, required our services to move from a small, undersized office to a more suitable one. It was an unusual case due to the fact that the clients management team were permanently based in Dublin and required an element of stand-in management and business consultancy as well as standard relocation administration. The following are a sample of the tasks involved:
