Reminders & InformationDirect School Admission (DSA)

Students admitted to a school through the

DSA-Sec Exercise are:

• expected to honour their commitment to

their posted DSA-Sec schools, &

• NOT allowed to make any school choices

during S1 Option Phase and not allowed

to transfer to another school after the

release of the PSLE results.

Reminders & InformationPSLE Result Slip & Certificate

• Check your result slip and PSLE

certificate to ensure that your

personal particulars (such as statutory

names and Hanyu Pinyin names) are

printed correctly.

• If there is any error, inform your Form

Teachers immediately.

Third Language

• Students who are eligible to take a

Third Language will receive an

eligibility letter with the release of

PSLE results.

Internet System (S1-IS) in MOE’s S1 Posting

website

Selection of Secondary SchoolsS1 Option – In Person at School

• Option form can also be submitted at

Stamford Pri Sch General Office

• Submission at Stamford Pri Sch can be

made during the following timeslots:

11 am – 3 pm on 22 Nov 2018

9 am – 3 pm on 23, 26, 27, 28 Nov 2018

S1 PostingPosting ResultsWill be released on Wed 19 Dec 2018

Students can check through:

1) SMS via a local mobile number (if provided by the applicant during the application process)

2) S1-IS at www.moe.gov.sg/admissions/secondary - one-posting-exercise

3) Stamford Primary Schoolfrom 9.00am to 5.00pm

S1 Posting Reporting to Sec School

•Report to the secondary school you are

posted to on Friday 20 Dec 18, 8.30 am.

•Be in your school uniform.

•Bring along your Report Book, posting

slip and EZ Link Card for identification.

•Bring enough money to buy books,

uniform and other necessary things.

Development of Talent in Art & Music

• 4-year ART ELECTIVE PROGRAMME (AEP) and

MUSIC ELECTIVE PROGRAMME (MEP) offered to

students enrolled in AEP/MEP Schools leading to

Higher Art/Music at GCE O-Level

• Students not posted to AEP/MEP schools may apply

as external students

• Submit application through their secondary schools

in January 2019

Non-Participating Specialised Schools

for Students

NUS High School (NUSHS),

School of the Arts (SOTA),

School of Science and Technology (SST),

Singapore Sports School (SSP)

• NUSSH, SOTA, SST and SSP do not take part in

the S1 Posting Exercise.

• As such, students will not be able to indicate

these schools as any of their choices.

• Students who have applied to SSP are required to

participate in the S1 Posting Exercise as well.

Specialised Schools for Normal (Technical) Students

Crest Secondary School (CSS) & Spectra

Secondary School (SSS)

• Both CSS and SSS do not take part in the S1

Posting Exercise.

• Eligible and interested students can submit

hardcopy application directly to CSS and/or SSS

• Closing date for submission of application form to

CSS/SSS by Tues 26 Nov 2018,12 PM.

• Notification of application outcome by CSS/SSS on

Thurs 12 Dec 2018.

• Students who have applied to CSS and/or SSS will

also need to participate in the S1 Posting Exercise

to opt for their other school choices.
