What is a Relationship?

• The way in which two people, groups or countries behave.

• A loving or sexual friendship between two people.

• The way in which two or more things are connected.

• The way in which someone is related to others

What are some of the types of Relationships?

1. Parent-Child relationship2. Child-Child relationship3. Parent-Parent relationship4. God-Man relationship5. Boy- Girl relation

• Therefore they are Healthy and Unhealthy relationships.

Who should involve in Relationships?

• Relationships would have been anyone’s right and responsibility. But this comes with society norms and cultural attachments.

• These include; sex, age, color, religion, tribal, levels of education and so much more.

• So anyone fitting in any of the above groups can relate with others of the similar desires.

With Whom can we relate with?

• Anyone we feel comfortable with.• Those who care about us.• Our friends• Our parents• Our God• Our age group members• Society members.

• Most of the time is determined by the society where we grow from.

• In Uganda boy-girl relationships are only recongnised at 18years of the participating members

• But the fact is the when should be at that time when one can handle all the positive and negative out comes of the relationship.

How?

• If the relationship is sexual then you need to involve those older than you or read to get advise you on the proper way of relating.

• It should not be out of fear and if it is to cause pain then that is not good.

• It should be of the accepted way that is heterosexual.

• It should be planed with someone of choice.

How do we handle Relationships?

• Relationships should never drive your life. Therefore be the driver in the relationship.

• Communication is highly important while in any relationship.

• Openness on considerate issues is required.• Time should be divided in order of importance.• Relationships should bring joy not agony. • Only do what you can and what you can not

please say no to them.
