6. Grant of Rights:

In submitting this film(s), you grant the North Prong Studios the right to perform the film in its entirety, in the format of itschoice, at the venue of its choice, at any time during the scheduled dates of the festival. You also grant the right of use ofany portion of the film up to thirty (30) seconds in length, its trailer, and any still photographs therefrom, as well as thename and likeness of any persons or characters therein, as well as any producers, directors, writers andcinematographers, and any other information included in this application form, in any promotional materials of the festival,in any media, throughout the world.

7. Warranties and Indemnities:

You represent and warrant all presented material is original to you and/ or that you are capable and have the right to grantall rights and assurances set forth herein. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the North Prong Studios forany causes of action arising from breach of this warranty or any false representation made in this application and/or in anyfurther materials presented by you to the North Prong Studios.

9. Acceptance: Notification of acceptance will be emailed or mailed by February 12, 2013.

All entries become the property of the North Prong Studios and will not be returned to the applicant. The festival is notresponsible for lost or stolen items, including those lost or misappropriated during shipping, and for any consequencesarising from such an occurrence.

Applicant understands and accepts that further information or materials may be requested from applicant prior toscreening, and applicant agrees to provide such information or materials within two (2) weeks of the request. If timelyproduction of information or materials is not possible, North Prong Studios may choose to not promote or screen the film.

As consideration for rights granted herein, North Prong Studios will promote the screening of the film, and screen the filmat its film festival, to the best of its ability. Applicant understands and accepts that the film may not be screened ifApplicant does not provide any further necessary materials requested by the North Prong Studios, Acts of God,equipment failure, or for any other reason.North Prong Studios reserves the right use photos, clips, and the film itself (in whole or in part) from accepted entries for

publicity purposes.

The screening format, number of screenings, days, and the venue of accepted entries are at the sole discretion of thefestival.

10. Submission
