REGISTRATIONBROCHURE
INVITATIONOn behalf of the Commonwealth Pharmacists Association (CPA) and the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA), I extend to you all a warm invitation to attend PSA17, the CPA’s 13th biennial conference and the annual international flagship event for pharmacists in Australia.
This year’s PSA conference will for the very first time look at pharmacy-related topics though an international lens, focusing on innovative practice and headlined by Dr Tim Hanlon (London), who will provide the CPA’s B V Patel Lecture, the Keynote for PSA17.
We are proud to be able to present to you an international forum on antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and antibiotic stewardship training led by international experts in the field alongside further ‘Global Focus’ sessions on refugee health and successful education collaborations around the Commonwealth. Add to this masterclasses on the management of chronic conditions, top speakers addressing a wide range of therapeutic areas and stimulating discsiussion panels, such as Women and Leadership, and you will see that PSA17 promises to be an exciting and rewarding 3 days.
The social program will provide networking opportunities in the pharmacy calendar, designed to suit every budget. Make the most of the chance to engage, connect with pharmacists from around the globe and have a great time at PSA17
Returning to the state of the art venue, Hyatt Regency Sydney, with million dollar views over Darling Harbour, accommodation is likely to sell out fast. It’s time to start planning your attendance and travel for PSA17 now.
See you at PSA17
Raymond Anderson – CPA President
SPEAKERSThe program features an impressive line-up of over 50 international and Australian speakers and experts covering the most significant issues facing pharmacists and pharmacy, providing up to 30 CPD credits.
