and sampling dishes created by the national chef team that placed third overall at the Villeroy & Boch
Culinary World Cup 2014 last November in Luxembourg.
Team members who prepared a signature dish for the 150 attendees were George Castaneda, CEC; Shawn
Culp, CEC; Jason Hall, CMC; Allison Murphy, CEPC; Matthew Seasock, CEC; Corey Siegel, CEC; team
manager Joseph Leonardi, CEC; team advisor Timothy Prefontaine, CEC; and ACF Culinary Youth Team
members Megan Bamford and Kristyn Chatlosh. Team member Jason Hall is executive chef at Hammock
Dunes Club.
“We are very thankful for and encouraged by the support from the Hammock Dunes Club and its members,”
said Joseph Leonardi, CEC, team manager. “We welcome them into the team’s family and look forward to
sharing with them our journey to the 2016 ‘culinary Olympics’ in Erfurt, Germany."
The funds will help support ACF Culinary Team USA practices as they prepare for the American Culinary
