• It takes time, attention, and coalition building.• Biggest challenges are: 1) Sustaining
Coordination and 2) Developing Trust• An incremental approach to implementation
increases the likelihood of success.• Invest time and effort in building trust among
partners and addressing issues of control• Communication among coordinating entities is
critical
