Role: Regional Sales Consultant, MoldovaJob descriptionFeel it like is yours!: You are your CEO and you need to have results to see the benefits.Offer consultancy to potential client from industrial sector, in order to sale theme water treatment solutions. The Position is for Moldova region, located in Iasi or Bacau and is under the management of Sales and Marketing Manager.
Requirements
Experience in sales 3-5 years; Experience in sales to industrial sector ( product or services) 3-5 years; Experience in high value sales and long sales cycle; Experience in solution sales; Engineering or scientific background ; Experience in water treatment solutions will be considered an advantage; Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills; Able to travel more than 50% of the time at regional level; Utilize consultative sales strategies demonstrating effective questioning techniques, acquisition
of new information, and insight into problems/needs of client to generate viable solutions which consider technical, analytical and organizational needs; must be able to quickly understand a client's business processes and strategies;
Highly motivated, independent, self-starter that requires minimal direction; Ability to take personal action to pursue goals; Work closely with internal support teams, leveraging their support and expertise to grow
partnerships and implement new solutions; Creates an initial and lasting positive impression and relationship with prospects, clients and
other employees; exemplifies high standards in the areas of business integrity, ethics, dress, energy, and professional conduct in order to return individual and organizational success;
Possess technical and analytical skills to create and recommend solutions to prospects to include financial analysis, ROI, and timelines;
Extremely adept at maintaining strong business relationships with contacts at all levels of our customer's organizations; but in particular build and maintain effective working relationships with executive level contacts;
Person with permanent will to develop;
Other information Salary package based on candidate skills and experience; 6 months trial period, with a 3 month first evaluation of the performance; Commission after accomplishing the target; Company car; Comprehensive and continuous training;
