CURRENT & UPCOMING WORK • Exterior sheathing is ongoing. • Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical (MEP) overhead rough-in is ongoing. • Remaining slab on metal deck and slab on grade pours to take place in the upcoming weeks. • Roofing activities are ongoing. • Brick install is upcoming. The worlds littlest skyscraper, the Newby-McMahon Building, stands at a whopping 40’ tall.
