Green Station
Little Rock residents can take
hazardous household materials like
batteries, electronic waste, and light
bulbs to the Green Station. Accepted
items have a red star beside them
on the other side of this brochure.
Location:
10001 Kanis Road, in the parking lot
behind the Northwest Police Station
Hours:
Thursdays 7:00 a.m.—5:30 p.m.
First Saturday of every month
7:00 a.m.—12:00 p.m.

Recycling Rules “When in doubt, leave it out.”
DO NOT BAG RECYCLABLES.
Cleanliness: All recyclables should
be clean enough that you would
leave it on your counter for a month
No Mixed Materials: Do not put
items in your cart that are a mix
between 2 or more materials.
For example: coat hangers, paper
coffee cups (lined with plastic),
aerosol cans, paper milk cartons.
Just because you see the
recycling symbol on an
item does not mean it is recyclable.
