    7. LIMITED AREAS OF DAMAGED INSULATION AND ASSOCIATED

    DEBRIS ARE ANTICIPATED. PERFORM PREPARATION WORK TO

    AVOID DISTURBANCE OF ANY DEBRIS UNTIL THE WORK AREA IS

    Lead Safe Work Practices

    FLOORING, LEAD BASED PAINT IS PRESUMED TO EXIST BENEATH

    NON-ACM FLOOR TILE AND MASTIC. LEAD BASED PAINT EXTENDS

    VERTICALLY UP THE CONCRETE BASE.

    2. CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE FLOOR TILE AND MASTIC TO ACCESS

    LEAD PAINT BELOW.

    3. CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE LEAD PAINT FROM FLOOR AND BASE

    SUBSTRATE IN ITS ENTIRETY FROM THE INDICATED AREA.

    4. WHERE MECHANICAL REMOVAL MEANS ARE UTILIZED, CONTRACTOR

    IS RESPONSIBLE TO REPAIR DAMAGE TO CONCRETE SUBSTRATE
