Bread Slicer Band Knives

Our band knives are produced in premium high carbon or

stainless steel to resist fatigue, and longer lasting. With burr

free scallop edges our band knives ensure smooth, flat clean

slicers with reduced crumbing.

All our band knives are high frequency point hardened to in-

crease durability and edge life. We flash butt weld & temper to

guarantee against weld breakage, and give consistent blade

tensioning to minimise irregular (thick/thin) slices and breakage.

BKDB

1/2” Pitch, BK edge with secondary bevel for easier penetration & smoother finish. Easier honing. Versatile blade for mixed production eg white soft crust/light textured/variety with excellent finish & longer blade life.

BEZDB

1/4” pitch, additional second bevel to allow quicker and easier honing to maintain edge sharpness. Exclusively used to slice softer crusted, light textured bunds, soft

BK - Premium

1/2” pitch, induction hardened teeth for durability & longevity. Heavy duty blade that resists edge wear when slicing hard crusts, firm or dense textured breads. Outstanding performer on whole wheat, variety & health breads. Highly recommended for difficult to slice breads containing nuts, seeds etc.

MDB

15 teeth per inch V tooth.. Ultimate bun slicing blade, mini scallop, ultra sharp edge giving a superior, silk finish with cleanly defined edges. Stays sharper longer.

BEZ

1/4” pitch allowing more slicing action, designed to reduce crumbing while cutting. High performance blade to slice firm textured buns and rolls. Ideal for slower speed slicers slicing a variety or products.
