• Click the applications icon on your desktop.

• To choose the background right click on the slide and click background. You can choose a color or a picture. You may also choose to apply this to one or all of the slides. • We will use three tools from our tool

bar to create our font today. First choose the font face. Then color and size.

• There are two ways to insert new slides. Your first option is to click Insert at the top of your screen and then click New Slide. Your second options is to simply click ctrl m.Insert

How to Save Your Presentation

• You must first decide where you wish to save your presentation. We will be saving ours to the desktop today. First click File at the top of your screen. Then click Save As. A box will appear. This is where you will title your presentation and then click save. Let’s do this together.
