If You Get “Suspended” “Suspension” can result from going too fast or making too many mistakes. If you get suspended, hit the F10 key on your computer, and it will “un-suspend”

you. Try to avoid too many suspensions – it could result in taking you to a lower level of

reading. Be sure to use the “Re-Read” option if you need to review a section before answering a

question. You are allowed two (2) re-reads per story.

Checking Your Progress Once you have completed several lessons and a reading level has been established, you

will be able to check your progress. When you log on to your page,

o Choose the “My Progress” tab and then “Student Summary.” o You will be able to see how many lessons you have completed

(Add up Pave, Guided Reading, Reading Around Words and/or Cloze Plus).

NOTE: You may need to download a free application (JavaScript) to use Reading Plus at home. JavaScript is required to run the program. If you do not have it on your home computer, follow the links for downloading it. If you do not have high speed internet, I do not recommend trying to use the program at home.
