Suggestions for adapting the taskIf the candidate feels comfortable, you may wish to ask a candidate to bring along one of their own pay slips and use a leave application form from their own workplace. However, be prepared that the candidate may not wish to use their own pay slip for privacy reasons. You could also liaise with the workplace to have a sample pay slip used so that it is familiar to the candidate.
