Our summer farm is located in an idyllic place. On our farm we have dairy cows, calves and goats that liketo be caressed. We are easily accessible by bicycle, car and public transport. It’s an ideal starting point forhikes in the mountain area Alpstein. The Ebenalp cable car is close by.Arrival:

Train: Station Wasserauen, 5 min. walk through parking space till the hotel Alpenrose, then turnright over the river (footbridge)

Car: Schwendetalstrasse 98, Wasserauen, in Wasserauen pass the hotel Alpenrose, around 50 mafter, on the other river side turn right into the entrance to the farm (gate, advertisingpanel). Free parking available. In case of heavy traffic inform the parking instructors, thatyou want to come to us, then you can pass

Rooms:We have 4 separate rooms available.

Room 1 for 12 People (new guesthouse)Room 2 for 6 People (barn)Room 3 for 8 People (upper floor, beside hay room)Room 4 for 6 People (barn, for guests with pets)

In total we have 2 showers / WC available. All rooms are not heated. There are sockets availablebut no Wi-Fi. For the straw bed woolen blankets and pillows are available

For kids:There are pencils and games there

Kitchen and cellar:We provide our simple kitchen and the cellar for shared use, free of charge. There is an electricstove, pans, cutlery available. Food can be stored in the cellar and in the fridge. Property damage ischarged.

Deposit luggage:The luggage can be deposited with us during your absence. There are no lockers available.

Common room:In all bedrooms there is a table for a cozy get-together. If it is cold, the heated room in our cottagecan be used (about 14 people)

Breakfast:Breakfast is included in the price. We serve: fresh milk, coffee, different breads, butter, cheese,home-made yogurt, jam, eggs

It is served from 8.00 am, after arrangement with the host

Dinner:On preorder we can offer you a simple dinner (only for groups):

Spaghetti with salad 9.-Pasta with cheese, special sausage and applesauce 14.-Meat from the grill with salad 14.-Hot meatloaf with salad 12.-Vienna sausage with bread 5.-

The dinner can be served from 8 pm. There is a barbecue or the simple kitchen available. Nearbythere is the restaurant Alpenrose (hot meals open until 7.30 pm)

To bring with you:Sleeping bag, bath towels and soap, torch, hair dryer if necessary

Rent a sleeping bag:On preorder we rent at most 5 sleeping bags. Price per sleeping bag: 3.-

Rules:We ask you to comply with our house rules.

Checkin/ checkout:

Check-in: in the morning until 10 am, in the evening after 5 pm (possibly the host can be found inthe barn)

Check-out: until 11 am

Price:

The prices are per person and night including breakfast, exkl. taxes (plus booking fees, e.g. whenbooking via Airbnb)

If you wish to reserve a room on your own, you must pay an extra charge if you are underoccupancy (more than 2 people less)
