• Term of PPA 20 years with Lock in period of 15 years• Supply under long term open access• Billing point is Ex Bus of Solar Plant• Open Access charges, SLDC charges, application fee etc to the Buyers Account.• Open Access to be taken by Known Solar Developer/MPL.• Commencement of power within 10 months from PPA execution• Termination of PPA by either party within Lock-in Period to invite termination penalty equal

to 12 months of revenue from the project and any damages awarded under arbitration.• The Ex Bus price of the power be escalated @3% p.a. for the period of PPA. This includes
