1. IntroductionRCB Bank Ltd offers to its customers a new, convenient and secure way to use RCB’s Remote Banking Services - RCB Digital Key powered by Entrust(R) IdentityGuard Mobile Soft Token application.

With RCB Digital Key, users of RCB’s Remote Banking Services are able to login and confirm transactions in RCB Online and RCB Mobile Banking Systems using One Time Password (OTP) or Push message that represent unique security identifiers generated by RCB Digital Key and valid for specific login session or transaction.

This guide describes how to setup RCB Digital Key and perform transactions using it.

2. Setup and activation of RCB Digital Key on your device

In order to setup RCB Digital Key, we recommend you to have the latest version of any of the popular web-browsers, e.g. Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc., and a mobile device (Android or iOS) with Internet connection, and, preferably, camera.

Also you will need:

User IDUser ID is the unique personal customer identifier, provided to each RCB client in a sealed envelope when applying for the Remote Banking Services, including RCB Online and RCB Mobile Banking.

Password (PIN)The initial Password (PIN) is provided in a sealed envelope to each RCB client when applying for the RCB’s Remote Banking Services. During registration, the Password (PIN) should be changed to the new 6-digits Password (PIN). You are not authorized to use simple combinations such as 123456, or 654321, so please use random numbers when creating your Password (PIN).

2.1. Setup of RCB Digital Key

In order to setup RCB Digital Key you need to follow the straightforward and easy process:

· Access RCB Online Banking directly via https://online.rcbcy.com, or alternatively use the reference link from the official RCB website www.rcbcy.com.

· Enter your User ID, PIN and OTP.

· Important! You may SKIP the registration process if you are not ready to setup RCB Digital Key at the moment, and continue later. If you want to proceed further with setup of RCB Digital Key press CONTINUE.

· Choose the type of device you will use to setup RCB Digital Key between iOS (Apple device) and Android and press CONTINUE.

· Download Entrust IdentityGuard Mobile application from either App Store or Google Play Store (depending on your mobile device). You may scan QR code, use the provided link or just search in the respective applications’ store for “Entrust IdentityGuard Mobile”. After successful installation of the application on your mobile device, press CONTINUE.

· Next you will see the page with instructions on how to setup your RCB Digital Key. Please follow them using the installed Entrust IdentityGuard Mobile on your device.

a. Use scan QR code functionality · On iOS, press scan QR code button that is located at the bottom left corner.

· On Android, press the menu button located at the top left corner and press the Scan QR code.

b. Scan the QR code from the Soft Token Setup screen · Once QR code is successfully scanned the below screen will appear.

· Enter the password as you see in the RCB Online Banking webpage.

c. Activation summary page will appear · On iOS, press ACTIVATE button located in the middle of the screen.

· On Android, press the ACTIVATE button located at the top right corner.

d. If activation is successful, the below message will appear.

e. In case an identity already exists with the same name on the device, the below error message will appear.

f. In this case, enter manually different name in the Activation summary page and press again ACTIVATE button.

Important!Do not forget to allow Push notifications for Entrust IdentityGuard Mobile in the mobile devices permissions to enable online confirmation of login and other transactions in RCB’s Remote Banking Services.

Optional!Depending on the capabilities of your mobile device, you may setup Fingerprint ID (Touch ID) and/or Face recognition (Face ID) to access Entrust IdentityGuard Mobile. These options can be activated/disabled anytime in the Settings of the application.

· When you complete all instructions, press CONTINUE.

· The final screen will confirm your successful setup and activation of Entrust application with RCB Digital Key. Press CONTINUE to finalize the process.

If you have any difficulties to proceed with the setup and activation process, please contact RCB Telephone Banking at 800 00 722 (from Cyprus) and +357 25 355 722 (from abroad).

3. Login with RCB Digital Key in RCB Online BankingIn order to login into RCB Online Banking, please follow the steps:

· Access RCB Online Banking website directly via https://online.rcbcy.com, or alternatively use the reference link from our official RCB website www.rcbcy.com. Enter the following information as required:

· Enter your USER ID and your PIN.

· You have two options on the following screen to proceed with login:a. Push (Online mode) - to be used when your mobile device with installed RCB Digital Key has

access to Internet, and is able to receive Push messages.

· When choosing the Push (Online mode) on the mobile device where the identity is activated, the below notification will appear waiting for the user action

· When Push notification is pressed, open the Entrust IdentityGuard by using the PIN code of the RCB Digital Key or biometric authentication if configured in the application settings.

· When the application is open, the transaction will appear as below:

· You can perform 3 actions (CONCERN, CANCEL and CONFIRM) for every transaction:CONCERN button is used only in case of unauthorized access to RCB Online or Mobile Banking. When the CONCERN button is pressed, the user access will be locked. The access can be restored only when the user contacts the Bank.CANCEL button is used to cancel the transaction created in RCB Online or Mobile Banking.CONFIRM button is used to confirm the transaction created in RCB Online or Mobile Banking.

b. OTP (Offline mode) - to be used when your mobile device with installed RCB Digital Key has no access to Internet.

· By choosing OTP (Offline mode), open the Entrust IdentityGuard application on iOS or Android device, pick up the correct identity if multiple identities exist, enter the 8-digits security code within 30 seconds lifetime in OTP field of RCB Online Banking and press CONTINUE. New Security Codes are provided every 30 seconds.

· Upon successful login you will see your RCB Online dashboard.

4. Transaction confirmation using RCB Digital Key in RCB Online Banking

In order to confirm any transaction in RCB Online, you will have two options:

· Push (Online mode) - to be used when your mobile device with installed RCB Digital Key has access to Internet, and is able to receive Push messages. If you choose this method, you will receive a push notification on your mobile device, requesting you to access Entrust IdentityGuard Mobile, review the transaction details and confirm it.

· OTP (Offline mode) - to be used when your mobile device with the installed RCB Digital Key has no access to Internet.

· Below are the steps you shall perform from the Entrust IdentityGuard application on iOS or Android device. - Launch Entrust application. On iOS, press scan QR code button that is located at the bottom left corner. On Android, press the menu button located at the top left corner and press the Scan QR code.

- Point the camera of your mobile device to the QR code on the screen.Transaction details will appear on the device immediately.

- When you press CONFIRM button, a Confirmation Code will be provided.

- Input this Confirmation Code in the field as shown below:

- Click CONFIRM button on the transaction page of RCB Online Banking. - At this stage you can close Entrust IdentityGuard application on your mobile device.

· Upon successful confirmation you will see the COMPLETE screen with all transaction’s details.

5. Transaction confirmation using RCB Digital Key in RCB Mobile Banking

In order to confirm any transaction in RCB Mobile Banking, you will have only one option:

Push (Online mode) - for every transaction requiring your confirmation, you will receive a push notification on your mobile device, requesting you to access Entrust IdentityGuard Mobile, review the transaction details and confirm it.

Please note that you do not need to use RCB Digital Key to login to your RCB Mobile Banking.
