I fully attest to the best of my knowledge that I do not have COVID-19 at the time of attendingthese events. I also attest that I have NOT been in contact with or exposed to any knowncarrier of COVID-19 within the past 14 days. I agree that I am attending these Dog Showsentirely at my own risk and take full responsibility for my own health and safety during theseevents. I will follow all rules, requirements, procedures, protocols and guidelines of theAmerican Kennel Club (AKC) and all AKC dog clubs participating in the shows to reduce anyexposure and possibility of contracting or spreading the virus. I will follow CDC, Federal, andLocal guidelines regarding COVID-19.
I fully submit that the AKC, all AKC clubs holding these events, Rau Dog Shows, all othercontracted staff, the grounds and their employees, and all workers or volunteers, are in no wayliable for any present or future COVID-19 exposure incurred at any time by any person, inattendance or not in attendance, during or after these events, and herby waive all rights to filea lawsuit against the above if I am exposed to or contract COVID-19.

AKC National Owner-Handled SeriesSaturday, and Sunday, October 16 & 17, 2021
The AKC Owner/Handled Series is a non-titling competition for dogs that are exhibited by their owners thatare not professional handlers. The AKC Owner/Handled series is a showcase of owner-handled dogs, and just as with the regular classes,groups, or Best in Show, judges of the O/H Series are to award based upon their evaluation of the eligibledog(s) judged; handling skill (or lack thereof) is of no consideration in the process.All dogs that are owner/handled and are not owned or exhibited by professional handlers' meet therequirements for this competition. Exhibitors must declare their dog is Owner/Handler eligible the time of entryusing the check box on the entry form. Eligible dogs will be identified by an asterisk in the steward's book andthe catalog. Dogs must be handled throughout the competition by an eligible owner. Professionalhandlers, household members and assistants to current professional handlers may not exhibit thedog in any competition during the entire show.
Owner Handled Best of Breed will be selected from the dogs that are eligible to compete in the Best of Breedcompetition including Winners Dog, Winners Bitch and winners of the non-regular classes.
! If the Best of Breed/Variety winner is Owner-Handled competition eligible, it will automatically beOwner Handled Best of Breed/Variety and be eligible to compete in both the regular as well as theOwner-Handled Group.! If the Best of Breed/Variety winner is not eligible for Owner-Handled competition and Best ofOpposite Sex to Best of Breed/Variety is eligible, the Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed/Variety willcompete against the eligible exhibits of the other sex to determine Owner/Handled Best ofBreed/Variety.! If neither the Best of Breed nor the Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed/Variety are Owner/Handledcompetition eligible and Select Dog & Select Bitch are both eligible, the judge is to choose BestOwner/Handled exhibit from the Selects and eligible Winners Dog and Winners Bitch.! If one of the Selects is eligible, excuse all Champions and non-regular class winners of the same sexand then choose Best Owner/Handled exhibit from the remaining dogs of the opposite sex includingthe eligible Winners.! If Best of Breed, Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed, Select Dog & Select Bitch are not eligible,the judge may choose any eligible dog remaining in the ring including Winners Dog or Winners Bitchas Owner-Handled Best of Breed/Variety.
The breed will not be represented in the Owner-Handled Group if there is no eligible dog competing in theBest of Breed or in Best of Winners Competition.
*Professional handlers are defined as any person who belongs or has belonged to a professional handlers'organization, distributed rate cards, or otherwise advertised or represented themselves as handling dogs forpay or received payment for handling a dog.

All Juniors meeting the criteria for this class are required to enter theMaster Class and may change their entry the day of the show if entries have already closed. Oncethe eligibilty time frame for that year has passed all participants return to the Open Class to competefor the following year.

Electrical Requirements for 2021
The State of New Jersey, Department of Community Affairs, an overseer of fairgrounds in theState of New Jersey, has informed us of the need to meet the National Electrical CodeRequirements for portable cords. This is to inform you that all cords must be UL listed asextra hard usage, wet location and sunlight resistant (Article 525.20) (A) (E) and (G). SOOWand W are acceptable. W is necessary if over 100 AMP. The cord must be rated for extrahard usage.
In addition, the electrical staff is required by the code to check the continuity of the equipmentgrounding conductor each time the portable cords are put into use. (Article 5525.32).

OVERNIGHT PARKING AT THE RAMAPO SHOWS
Sussex County Farm and Horse Show Grounds offers virtually unlimited parking for campers andRVs in lighted, secure areas with electric and water hookups. New showers and restrooms areavailable and open 24 hours. Vehicles may arrive at any time on the days for which they have areservation.
Dumping is available, arrangements must be made with the park management.
Parking is by advance reservation. All vehicles, including vans parked overnight, require areservation. Space will be assigned WITHOUT a reservation as capacity permits at a cost of$50.00 for each night.
Vehicles must be parked in spaces assigned by the parking attendants. Attempts will be made, butnot guaranteed, to accommodate handicapped handlers. Vehicles parked elsewhere on thefairgrounds will be towed.
Reservations will be acknowledged by mail and parking placards provided. Vehicles not displayingthe proper placard on their dashboard will be charged the non-reserved rate.

CLOSING DATE for entries 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, September 29, 2021 (at Superintendent's Office) after which
entries cannot be accepted, cancelled or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Dog
Show Rules.
THE SHOW AND OBEDIENCE TRIAL will be open from 6:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
AN AKC RECORDING FEE OF $.50 & an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 will be required for each dog entered
at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. If a dog is entered in more than one
of these events, the AKC Recording Fee and Service Fee is to be collected on the first entry only. (AKC Rules
Applying to Dog Shows, Chapter 11, Section 2). An AKC Recording Fee of $3.00 will be required for each entry
in any Licensed or Member Club Rally Trial. If a dog is entered in more than one class in a Rally event, the AKC
Recording Fee is to be collected on each of the entries of that dog. (AKC Rally Regulations, Chapter 1, Section
3). All Recording Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club.
RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Superintendent will add a $20.00 collection fee to the
amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may result in their being
put on a CASH ONLY basis.
TELEGRAPH, TELEPHONE and UNSIGNED ENTRIES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.

NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE AND NO ENTRY SHALL BE ACCEPTED WHICH SPECIFIES ANY CONDITIONS
AS TO ITS ACCEPTANCE.
ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge,
or barred from competition by action of Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts
beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fee
will be made.
ERRORS ON ENTRY BLANKS. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make
such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published
closing date.
NO REFUND FOR DUPLICATE ENTRIES. We will make every effort to find all duplicate entries, but if a dog
has been processed, no refund will be made.
CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING.
DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging
will be excused.
JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone areresponsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged.The show-giving club and the superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing servicethrough a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs thatare not brought into the ring when required.
ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or whenin the exercising ring.
THE SHOW COMMITTEE/SUPERINTENDENT will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs andexhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortuneto either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show.
THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE IN THE RICHARDS BUILDING.
NO GENERATORS ALLOWED within 100 feet of tents BY ORDER OF FIRE MARSHAL.This regulation will be enforced by the Fire Marshal.
UNENTERED DOGS are not permitted on the show grounds.Declination of Entries - The Ramapo Kennel Club may decline any entries for cause and may refuse toreceive or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness or other causes and no one shall haveany claim or recourse against the Ramapo Kennel Club or any official or member thereof.Some judging may be indoors. Groups may be indoors.Effective May 1, 2006, an administrative fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelledprior to the closing of entries

INSTRUCTIONS1. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of a breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particular variety
you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniels (Black, ASCOB, Parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in.; over 13 in. but not exceeding15 in.), Dachshunds (Longhaired, Smooth, Wirehaired), Bull Terriers (Colored, White), Manchester Terriers (Standard, Toy),Chihuahuas (Smooth Coat, Long Coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles(Toy, Miniature, Standard), Collies (Rough, Smooth).
2. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed Competition: Dogs that are Champions of Recordand dogs which, according to their owner's records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whosechampionships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is Limited to a period of90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship.
3. (Dog Show Class) Consult the classification in this premium list, if the dog show class in which you are entering your dog is divided,then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., agedivision, color division, weight division.
4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for a show closed. If a registered doghas been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any show for which entries closed after thedate of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog isrecorded in his name. State on the entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to A.K.C. (For complete rule refer toChapter 14, Section 3.).
5. Mixed Breed dogs entering classes for Agility, Obedience and Rally trials should mark Breed as AKC Canine Partners Listed Dog "All-American Dog/Mixed Breed." Variety, Breeder, Sire, Dam information shall remain blank for mixed breed etrants.
