SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT & CO-ORDINATION:

Ambitious on coordinating with CFS, Survey team, Management people, Customer representatives, CHA etc., to mitigate the end to end SCM process.

Inter-acting with local suppliers, clients and various other related agencies. Preparation and submission of Quotation and Rate comparison as and when required by the sales

department. Also rates comparison on different mode of transport and deciding the best way to move shipment to mutually benefit the company and the client.

Handling two major accounts IKEA & GAP both are quality & quantity driven.

Pull out reports from GIS system and follow up with GAP vendors regarding plan dispatch date from supplier factory.

Maximum cargo arrival on cut-off date so managing on-time & late cargo on the same date of arrival.

Maximum 28-30 trucks arrival on cutoff date.

Monitoring truck turnaround time not to increase more than 45min so closely work with CFS team to get adequate labour strength to offload cargo.

Cargo cut-off & vessel cut-off on same date and the time also very closer to each other.

PO count average 450-500 count on every week so CLP preparation, Carrier co-ordination, Transport arrangement, terminal co-ordination & managing space are all done at Operation team.

Planning procedures, process implementation, performances metrics and to meet the goals.

Ensured Contingency Plans were activated On time to avoid any Impact to the cargo Flow.(Shift cargo from alternate CFS)

Acted as a Single point of contact for the customer & assisted Quality planning for one of our biggest customer.

Planning and implementing the layouts of spread sheets which will facilitate immediate access to any records information of old and present shipment

Represent & Protect APLL Processes against Claim.

Vendor Selection / Appraisal & ensure costs are lowest in industry.
