Candidates who have been allotted seat for admission in B. Tech. 1st year/ B. Tech. 2nd year (Lateral Entry)
program at REC Azamgarh (College Code: 736) through UPSEE-2020 for academic session 2020-21 are
required to report for their registration in the College according to reporting schedule mentioned on
allotment letter.
(A) DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: -
The students while coming to the College for registration are required to bring following documents with
them in a file cover as per order given below:
1. Original allotment letter issued by UPSEE-2020 & Admit Card.
2. Original receipt of Counselling / Seat Allotment Fee.
3. College fee receipt.
4. Original High School Mark sheet & Certificate (for proof of date of birth).
5. Original qualifying examination pass mark sheet & certificate (12th/Diploma).
6. Original Transfer Certificate/ Migration Certificate (Both if application).
7. Original character certificate in prescribed format issued from the college last attended.
8. Original valid category certificate form competent authority (if applicable).
9. Sub category certificate (if applicable).
10. Weightage certificate (if applicable).
11. Original valid certificate of source of parent’s annual income.
12. Original Domicile Certificate (if applicable).
13. Original medical certificate in prescribed format of UPSEE-2020.
14. Affidavit regarding gap (if applicable) in prescribed format of UPSEE-2020.
15. Self-Attested Copy of Aadhar Card. (Aadhar is mandatory for College Registration and
University Enrolment).
16. Undertaking of Anti Ragging is available on the website. Students and Parents are required to fill
up and duly signed and submit at the time of registration.
17. 02 set of Self-Attested photo copies of all above documents.
18. 05 recent passport size colored photographs.
All the students are required to come with bag and baggage at the time of registration.

Hostellers) of Rs. 14880/- per semester. Only hosteller students can avail mess facility.
(B) 2. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: -
University Examination fee of Rs 8,200/- (May vary According to AKTU) per semester has to
be submitted by all the students directly through AKTU ERP Portal.
All the newly admitted students through UPSEE-2020 are required to deduct seat acceptance fee
(submitted at the time of counselling) of Rs. 20,000/- (for Gen/OBC students) or Rs. 12,000/- (for
SC/ST students) from the Total Fees given in Tables I, II and III (whichever is applicable).
[For example, if the fees of a newly admitted student is Rs. 63,100/- and he/she has deposited Rs.
20,000/- at the time of counselling, then he/she has to pay an amount of Rs. 43,100/- (i.e. Rs.
63,100/- – Rs. 20,000/-) only].
Students / parents should have sanitizer.
Everyone must follow social distancing.
(B) 3. (i) FEE SUBMISSION MODE: -
College Fees (Hostellers/Day Scholar as mentioned above) & Mess advance fees can only be paid Online
via e-shiksa portal of Union Bank of India using Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card/UPI (Online Fee
Submission link available on College Website) or via Demand Draft in favour of “RAJKIYA
ENGINEERING COLLEGE, AZAMGARH” Payable at Lalganj, Azamgarh. NO OTHER MODE
OF PAYMENT IS PERMISSIBLE. Students are advised NOT TO DO any payment via
NEFT/RTGS/IMPS or Cash Challan. Such payments will NOT be accepted.

You are fully aware of the orders of the Government and of Hon'ble Supreme Court on the AntiRagging
measures. As per the latest policy all students and parent/guardians are required to submit an affidavit
before a student is allowed registration in the University. The format of Affidavits are attached herewith
and to be submitted on a Non-Judicial paper of Rs.10/- duly attested by the oath commissioner.
All parents/guardian/students may download the same and get them duly attested by the Oath
commissioner and bring it on the day of student’s registration. Kindly note that there are three Affidavits
