1. USER: STUDENT
1.1. Section: User Account Landing Page
Once the login is successful the user lands in the above shown page where various
sections are shown as mentioned below
• Home: Denotes the home page of the application
• About School: Describes the information about the school which the student
belongs
• Class: Describes the class which the user belongs to
• Syllabus: Describes the school or board syllabus which the student may need
to follow
• Content:
o Recently Viewed: Reflects content recently viewed by the user
o Most Viewed: Reflects content mostly viewed by the all the users in the
system
• School Announcements: This is just like a school notice board where school
news and updates [published by the school administrator]

• My Notes: Quick notes updated by user will reflect here
• Time Table:
o User can view the respective time table in this section
• Side Bar/ Navigation Pane on left:
o Profile Picture: User can set his/ her profile picture by uploading his/
her photo
o Profile: This denotes the user profile information

o My Bookshelf: This section holds all the chosen books which the user
moves from the meta library for quick preview
o Meta Library: It’s the central content repository where all content is
uploaded and stored
o Assessments: The user can create assessments and publish it to the
students
o Report: Contains the usage reports based on user activity and content
usage
o Notifications: All the system and content updates can be viewed in this
section
• Language: Preferable language can be choose from below options by the
user
o English
o Hindi
• Help
o Help section describes common taxonomy used in this application in
easy and simple terms
o Beside Help section on the left there lies

• Logout: To logout of the system the press logout button

o 3: Info Icon: Info icon provides a quick view information snapshot of the
content visible
o 4: Notes associated with the content
o 5: Quick View

1.4. Section: My Book Shelf
• My Bookshelf:
o This section holds all the chosen books which the user moves from the
meta library for quick preview
o This helps users to browse through selected books and saves time
while searching multiple times
o Here the books also will be categorised as
▪ Study
• The content can be categorised into Study, if it comprises
study related content
▪ Learn
• The content can be categorised into Learn, if it comprises
content and other out of the box learnable materials
▪ Assessments
• It comprises content as model test papers, questionnaires
etc.

• Meta Library: It’s the central content repository where all content is uploaded
and stored
• The content classification comprises
o Content uploaded by the administrators
o Approved content and published by the publisher
• Content Formats
o Multimedia: Audio/ Video
o HTML5
o PDFs
o Flipbooks
o Flash
• Content Types
o Books
o Multimedia Content
o Test Papers/ Assessments

• This the place where students can appear and submit the assessments which
are of two types
o Online Assessments - Types
▪ Multiple choice
▪ Fill in the blanks
▪ True/ false
o Descriptive Assessments
▪ Long question and answers (mostly question paper PDFs will be
updated here)

o The above diagram shows Flipbook view of content for a complete
book

1.8.1. Dashboard: View Reports
• View Reports section provides visual data regarding
o Content Consumption
▪ Describes the percentage of type of content consumed by the
user
o Date range is used to know about login activity of the user

• Generate Reports section provides numerical/factual data regarding
o Login Activity: User login timelines based activity
o Content Consumption
▪ Describes the percentage of type of content consumed by the
user
o Date: Select date range and submit to fetch the results

• Notifications: All the system updates can be viewed in this section pertaining
to the respective user.
o For example: If there are assignments created, the same will be
reflected here if there are no assignments then as seen it will reflect as
“Assessments not available”
