Narrative Report on Raffle Bonanza 2015

The Dalogo Teaching Staff in cooperation of PTA conducted the 2015 Raffle Bonanza on February 20, 2015. The objective, proceeds and guidelines of the event was clearly discussed and agreed by the PTA members during the GPTA meeting.

The program started at 8:30 in the morning with an opening prayer by Maria Fe Balmaceda followed by the singing of Philippine National Anthem conducted by Beverly Chavez, then opening remarks was given by Mrs. Lorena Ciar, GPTA President. The Barangay Council of Gamot is also present and supported us during the event. Mr. Bernie Broncano, Brgy. Captain of Gamot delivered his message.

Then, came the Raffle draw proper, the guidelines was strictly followed to avoid misunderstanding during the draw. The first prize (a sack of rice) is won by Mrs. Antonia Yanson, second prize (stand fan) by Mr. Rito Ocbian and the third prize (Rice Cooker) is won by Mr. Jing Jing Vega. Ten winners also received the consolation prizes of grocery items worth Php. 300.00.

The event was made successful through the help of the donors and sponsors. Enjoymentoftheentireeventwasevident on the parents faces as well as their active participationinthe program. Mam Joselyn N. Sampal, OIC- Principal of Dalogo Elementary School announced the proceeds of the fund raising during her closing remarks. The fund is allocated for the acquisition of sound system and beautification of the school ground. The program end at exactly 11:00 in the morning.
