RAF Cross Country Course Sergeants mess Halton House 8. Continue till you re-join the beginning part of the course at point (B) Now follow the course as before. Women finish after second large lap at point (C) and the men continue to complete 3 large laps and finish at point (C) after their 3 rd large lap. Note Jnrs and ladies only do 2 large laps no small lap Old green house 1. Start, point (A) 2. Follow the channelled areas and through flag posts round the top of the course which will bring you back towards the start 3. Once half way down football / rugby pitch cross the road and continue along side the tree line and pitches 4.Follow the course as indicated on map until you reach the wooded area down by the canal. 5.Through the wood follow white tape in trees and arrows 6. Take care on uneven ground and jumping over tree logs across the path. 7.Take care crossing road to the wood on the Halton House side of the road, continue to follow white tape in trees.
