In 2001,RAED graduated from An-Najah University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management.

Raed open AWJ advertising company:AWJ was responsible for holding

advertising campaign more than 500 customers included retail stores, small and medium businesses, doctors and lowers offices.

due to the intifada and just like many other businesses, Awj started to loose its key accounts. after few months, Awj had to terminate its business operations

By the end 2003 Raed started working for the Masrouje company in the food division in Ramallah.

Raed was a sales repsentitive for about two years.

achieved the highest sales figures in WB in the baby food category.

Raed completed several communications training courses in Masrouji

since Raed is always looking for development, he decided to accept a job offer at Unipal.

Raed started working at Unipal in July 2005.

he was a section manager for 3 year and was promoted at the beginning of 2009 to become a field coordinator as well.

Unipal-responsiblty◦ Raed was Responsible for the follow up on the

implementation of all marketing activities and plans for all Philip Morris brands to guarantee efficient execution, proper implementation, and best results. Tasks include suggesting and helping in the planning for defence plans, ensure being market leaders and include the management of the distribution of premiums and upgrade for PPOSM in the area

of coverage. As for the sales part, tasks include direct supervision on the

sub-distributor and his field team of sales representatives. This includes daily, weekly and monthly follow up on sales and reports, developing route plans, ensuring reach and coverage to all areas and to new areas and guarantee the proper

implementation of all sales strategies and policies set.

May- July 2006, July 2007, 1st half of 2008: Raed received an appreciation award for achieving the highest sales in the history of the tobacco sales at Unipal

Through his work at Unipal, he obtained five appreciation and recognition certificates for the results achieved in his area.
