My current role is a warehouse administrator. I work for an ink company. We make the ink and disturb it out to different companies so that they can print their packaging. My daily routine involves collecting and entering the data, (ingredients) of the batch cards used during the day. They are entered through SAP and then consumed. Entering delivery notes into SAP. I had to answer calls to book in deliveries and answer any customer questions. I had to do two transport modules which involved pulling the information through SAP to excel and put in or take out the relevant information. I also had to do the final manifest same again pulling the information through from SAP to excel. This is the information of every item and pallet that went out that day to which customer and if they had any special requests. This manifest had to be correct as it was send to the transport company who were delivering the pallets of goods.
