Anticancer Targeting Kinases: Computational and Biochemical studies of tyrosine kinases and its inhibitors
Both computational (molecular modeling, docking and dynamics simulation) and biochemical (molecular cloning, enzyme assay, and NMR) techniques have been applied to better understand the nature of protein kinases and identify new inhibitors.
Antiviral Targeting Enzymes: HIV-1 Reverse Transcriptase Expression and Screening Inhibitors from several sources
The main goal of this project is to identify new inhibitors and structural characterization of its complexes.

The main goal of this project is to understand the nature of protein kinases and identify new inhibitors against kinase
HIV-1 reverse transcriptase was expressed in E.coli and use to screen against hexane, ethanol, and peptide extracts from Thai herbals. NMR was also used for structural characterization.
