Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) is a standard that uses Internet and Web protocols to enable devices such as DVR laptop… to be plugged into a network and automatically know about each other. With UPnP, when a user plugs a device into the network, the device will configure itself, acquire a tCP/IP address. Don’t forget to EnABLE UPnP system to configure your DVR easily.

on first use, go to Device Manager to configure access to your recorder.
In Device Manager, enter the name you want to give to your recorder, IP address or ID (specify it just above), the client port is 9000 by default and login from your DVR (Blank by default) the channel number will be updated automatically
