Questionnaire

In order to get audience feedback we decided to create a questionnaire for our audience to

complete after watching our documentary, and listening and seeing our radio trail and double

page spread.

Page 3: Question 3

On a scale of 1 to 10, how much did you enjoy our documentary?

With the majority of votes being

around 9 and 10 I would say that the documentary was quite a success.

Page 4: Question 3

How professional does our documentary look?

Considering that 75% percent of people say our documentary looks professional, I would

gladly say that it was successful.

Page 5: Question 3

Were there enough shots to keep you entertained?

This is brilliant and once again proves

how our documentary fulfilled its purpose, it also

shows how our expository approach was successful as the narrative suited the

shots.

Page 6: Question 3

Did the music contribute positively to the documentary?

I think this is a good element as we also

used this music in our radio trailer, and for it

to make a good contribution reflects

positively on our documentary

Page 7: Question 3

Was the voiceover informative enough?

This again was a good success, as

it means our documentary

fulfills its purpose which is to inform and entertain.

Page 8: Question 3

Do you feel like the interviews contributed appropriately to the documentary?

This again is another good

aspect as we tried very hard to get

interviewees there were relevant to the subject, that

could give us insightful answers

and opinions.

Page 9: Question 3

Do you feel like you learnt much throughout the documentary?

Again I would like to think this is quite successful as we only created the introductory 5 minutes and we still managed to teach the audience within the time

limit.

Page 10: Question 3

On a scale of 1 to 10, how much did you enjoy our radio trail?

I feel this section could have been improved though the results are satisfactory, we could’ve input some more

interesting quotes from the

documentary as well.

Page 11: Question 3

How professional does our radio trail sound?

This again I would say is successful, as we simply used elements from our documentary and a short script to

create our trail.

Page 12: Question 3

Did the music contribute positively to the radio trail?

I would say this is generally a

good thing as the same music was

used in the documentary

helping set up a recognizable

theme.

Page 13: Question 3

Were the snippets from the documentary appropriate?

This again is another good aspect as using

appropriate snippets would

allow us to easily inform the audience

on what our documentary is

about.

Page 14: Question 3

On a scale of 1 to 10, how much did you enjoy our double page spread?

This I would say is a

success, as the majority of votes are

on the higher end of the

scale.

Page 15: Question 3

How professional does our double page spread look?

This I would again say is quite successful however the results showed that some people didn’t like how we

challenged conventional method as we placed our Main image over the two pages instead of just having it on

one page.

Page 16: Question 3

Do you feel like there was an appropriate amount of text?

This is where we learnt we

could have used some more text and get

more detailed as to what was

within our documentary.

Page 17: Question 3

Does the house style fit with the documentary?

This is a great success as it

helps to show how we created a

recognizable theme

throughout our media

products.

Page 18: Question 3

Was the overall aesthetic eye-catching?

Again another good aspect as with it being eye catching

will help attract the attention of an audience.

Page 19: Question 3

OverallOverall I would like to say that our documentary, radio trail and double page spread worked out to be quite successful, though we had a few little errors like the amount of text we used and how we challenged basic conventions within our double page spread, I would say the rest of our project worked out to be very well, and that we successfully achieved our targets to inform and entertain.
