Added the pictures using the picture box tool and then inserted the pictures and made them fit the box size I’d chosen.

Added boxes for the bottom strip and for behind the text and the picture.For behind the text, I decrease the opacity of it so that it became more transparent and not too black.

Added the text using the text box tool.
