Do not throw the product into a fire. Do not charge a device using procedures other than as specified. Do not disassemble, modify, repair, or solder the product. Do not plug or unplug the wireless charging pad’s AC adapter with wet hands. If the charging is not completed within the specified charging time, stop the charging process. Use the specified power source and voltage. If you have an electrical device, such as an implanted cardiac pacemaker or an implanted cardioverter-defibrillator, consult a physician before using this product. Radio waves from the product could adversely affect the operation of electronic medical devices. When inserting the power plug of the wireless charging pad’s AC adapter into an electrical outlet, fully insert the plug. When using this product to charge a Qi-compatible device, remove any covers. Do not touch the connection terminals of the wireless charging pad’s AC adapter with your hands, fingers, or other parts of your body. Periodically wipe off any dust from the power plug. Do not cover or wrap the product in a blanket or other bedding during charging. Remove the power plug from the electrical outlet before cleaning the product. Do not affix any metallic items, such as stickers or items that contain metal, to the surface of the product or surface of the non- slip cushions or to the battery cover, rear cover, or battery pack of the Qi-compatible device. Do not place any metallic items, such as straps or clips that contain metal, between the surface of the product or surface of the non-slip cushions and the Qi-compatible device or battery pack. Do not allow any conductive object, such as metal parts or pencil lead, to contact, be inserted in, or short-circuit the connection terminals of the wireless charging pad’s AC adapter. Do not use the wireless charging pad’s AC adapter while the cable is still bundled. Chocking hazard. Non-slip cushions can pose a chocking hazard. Keep them away from children that may play with them. Caution If the product will be used by children, the proper handling should be explained by a parent or other adult to avoid dangerous situations. In addition, closely supervise children to ensure that they are using the product as intended. Injury or other problem could result. Do not store the product in direct sunlight, such as in an automobile, etc., in a hot or extremely cold location, or in a location with high humidity or a large amount of dust. Place the product on a flat, sturdy, level surface during charging. If the product is placed on an uneven or unstable surface, it could fall, resulting in damage. In addition, do not cover or wrap the product in a cloth, blanket, or other bedding. If any abnormality, such as smoke, unusual odor or noise, or excessive heat, is noticed during use, or if the product was dropped, became wet, or is damaged, immediately unplug the product from the power source and contact the service. Overheating may occur if foreign objects are put on the charge pad and the non-slip cushions. Do not put any foreign object on the charging pad and the non-slip cushions. 1. Insert the power plug of the wireless charging pad’s AC adapter into an electrical outlet. 2. Insert the DC connector of the wireless charging pad’s AC adapter into the DC input jack of the wireless charging pad. 3. Place the Qi-compatible device on the wireless charging pad, making sure to position the specified charging area* of the device at the center of the wireless charging pad. Charging starts when the LED indicators illuminate in blue. * For the specified charging area of a Qi- compatible device, refer to the user’s manual of the device. z If the Qi-compatible device is not recognized, slide the device back and forth until it is positioned in a location where the LED indicators come on in blue. z If the LED indicators come on in orange, the Qi-compatible device is positioned outside of the charging area. The orange indicators become brighter as the device is moved closer to the charging area and become blue when the device is in the charging area. 4. When charging is complete, the LED indicators go off. z The product will start charging the Qi-compatible device again in approximately 1 hour after completion of charging if it is left as is, but it is normal. 5. Remove the Qi-compatible device from the wireless charging pad. z To charge another Qi-compatible device, wait approximately 15 seconds after the LED indicators go off before starting to charge the next device. If you do not wait 15 seconds, the device may not be charged correctly. Slide the Qi-compatible device back and forth and to the left and right until it is positioned in a location where the LED indicators come on in blue. If the LED indicators come on in orange, and then go off after approximately 3 sec- onds, the wireless charging pad is reacting to a metal portion of the Qi-compatible device. Slide the Qi-compatible device back and forth and to the left and right until it is positioned in a location where the LED indicators come on in blue. Troubleshooting Check the items of the table below. Symptoms Causes Corrective actions Cannot charge (LED indicators do not come on) You are not using the specified AC adapter. Use the included AC adapter. The power plug and connector of the AC adapter are not inserted completely. Fully insert the power plug and connector. The charging is already complete. You can remove and use the device. The Qi-compatible device is not recognized correctly. The Qi-compatible device is not positioned in the correct direction. Refer to the owner’s manual of the Qi-compatible device and position the device in the correct direction. Cannot charge (LED indicators flash quickly in blue) You are not using the specified AC adapter. If the condition does not change when you use the included AC adapter, remove the power plug from the electrical outlet, wait a few seconds, and then insert the plug back into the outlet. There is a foreign object between the wireless charging pad and the Qi- compatible device. Remove the foreign object. The Qi-compatible device is not recognized correctly. Remove the Qi-compatible device, wait until the LED indicators go off, and then position the device on the wireless charging pad in a location where the LED indicators come on in blue. Cannot charge (LED indicators come on in orange) The Qi-compatible device is not positioned in the charging area. Slide the Qi-compatible device back and forth and to the left and right until it is positioned in a location where the LED indicators come on in blue. There is a foreign object between the wireless charging pad and the Qi- compatible device. Remove the foreign object. Cannot charge (LED indicators flash slowly in blue) The temperature of the Qi- compatible device is too high or too low. Leave the Qi-compatible device in a location with a temperature of 41°F (5°C) - 95°F (35°C) for a while, and then charge the device. Symptoms Causes Corrective actions Charging time is long (compared to the charging time for other Qi-compatible devices when using this wireless charging pad) The temperature of the charging location is too high or too low. Charge the device in a location that is at room temperature. However, the charging time may be long depending on the type of Qi-compatible device even if the temperature is within the operating temperature range. The Qi-compatible device is being used during charging. If the Qi-compatible device is used during charging, the charging time may become longer. The Qi-compatible device was moved from the location where the LED indicators came on in blue. Remove the Qi-compatible device, wait approximately 15 seconds, and then position the device on the wireless charging pad in a location where the LED indicators come on in blue. Charging stops before being completed (wireless charging pad) The Qi-compatible device was moved during charging. Remove the Qi-compatible device, wait approximately 15 seconds, and then position the device on the wireless charging pad in a location where the LED indicators come on in blue. Charging is not completed (with the Qi- compatible device fully charged or totally discharged) This is a specification. It is normal. Refer to the note (*) below. Charging of the product is already complete, but the Qi-compatible device is not fully charged or totally discharged The Qi-compatible device is on (powered on, display on, application started, etc.). The Qi-compatible device will not be fully charged if the Qi- compatible device is on (powered on, display on, application started, etc.). *Some Qi-compatible devices may not allow the product to detect a fully charged state (because of not transmitting the corresponding signal). In this case, the prod- uct’s LED indicators are continuously on in blue to indicate a fully charged state, but it is normal.     1. Insert the power plug of the wireless charging pads AC adapter into an electrical outlet.

    2. Insert the DC connector of the wireless charging pads AC adapter into the DC input jack of the wireless charging pad.

    3. Place the Qi-compatible device on the wireless charging pad, making sure to position the specified charging area* of the device at the center of the wireless charging pad. Charging starts when the LED indicators illuminate in blue.* For the specified charging area of a Qi-

    compatible device, refer to the users manual of the device.z If the Qi-compatible device is not recognized, slide the device back and forth until it is positioned in a location where the LED indicators come on in blue.z If the LED indicators come on in orange, the Qi-compatible device is positioned outside of the charging area. The orange indicators become brighter as the device is moved closer to the charging area and become blue when the device is in the charging area.

    4. When charging is complete, the LED indicators go off.z The product will start charging the Qi-compatible device again in approximately 1 hour after completion of charging if it is left as is, but it is normal.

    5. Remove the Qi-compatible device from the wireless charging pad.zTo charge another Qi-compatible device, wait approximately 15 seconds after the LED indicators go off before starting to charge the next device. If you do not wait 15 seconds, the device may not be charged correctly.
