Solution: Technical fests should be organized in

the collage inviting other collages. The faculty appointed should be

specialized in the subject it teaches. Core companies must be invited to

recruit students. Only interested students should otp the

course.

Solution: Internship programs must be organized

in the collage itself. The syllabus must emphasize on the

core subjects and practical knowledge. Practical labs’ time and turns must be

increased. Collage must organize technical

workshops from time to time.
