Problem solving is a way of solving an easy or complex problem in an orderly manner such as use of medical sciences, mathematics, artificial intelligence, statistics, psychology etc.
PROBLEM SOLVING
• Problem: Industry satisfaction of recruits from your campus has been low for the past 3 years.
• Mission: Improve industry satisfaction to 90%.
PROBLEMS
• Lack of practical knowledge.• Insincere attitude towards work.• Selection criteria of the companies
might not be appropriate.• Due to long and hectic working
hours, some students can’t adapt accordingly and fail to give their best in the companies.
PROBLEMS
• In MNCs, there is a need to communicate with the other non English speaking countries also. So if the employee finds difficulty to understand them, they are not able to follow the instructions accordingly.
• Not getting placed in aspired companies.
SOLUTIONS• Proper workshops must be conducted in the
university.• The students must be sincere and
hardworking.• Must go for the fields in which they are
interested and talented.• The companies must have proper screening
of the students before recruiting them for the jobs.
• The students must focus on having command on more than two international languages.
