Introduction

In this presentation we have shown the flow of admission process in our university. The flow of admission has been shown by two flowcharts i.e., Macro flowchart and Micro flowchart. Flowcharts are used in designing and documenting complex processes and programs. The basic difference between micro and macro flowchart is that, Macro flowchart shows less information whereas Micro flowchart shows more information.

Flowchart

•The flowchart is a means to visually present the flow of data through an information processing systems, the operations performed within the system and the sequence in which they are performed.

•A flowchart is a diagrammatic representation that illustrates the sequence of operations to be performed to get the solution of a problem. Flowcharts are generally drawn in the early stages of formulating computer solutions. Flowcharts facilitate communication between programmers and business people. These flowcharts play a vital role in the programming of a problem and are quite helpful in understanding the logic of complicated and lengthy problems. Once the flowchart is drawn, it becomes easy to write the program in any high level language.

Identification of trouble spots and corresponding problem defination..

1. Registration problem :- The problem of online registration occurs due to various people registering on the same site at the same time. to solve this problem there should be various sites on which a student can register without having any trouble.

2. Selection problem :- The problem of selection occurs due to the incomplete information about the selection process to solve this problem complete information about the selection process should be provided to all the candidates.

3. Medical issues :- Sometimes due to some wrong equipments or measurement selection process affects. For its solution all the things should be checked before the medical.

CONCLUSIONThrough this presentation we have learned howto create flowchart of a complex process tounderstand the process in a better way. By thiswe have conclude that it becomes very easy tounderstand a complex process by a flowchart.Every step in the flowchart have a differentSymbol like a processing step is denoted by arectangular box and a decision step is denoted

by adiamond.
