Thesingle-familyhomesectorsawsoldpricesrangefrom$482,500toaBarBBarRanchhomewithalistprice of$22M(salespricewasundisclosedandestimatedat$20,240,000).Theaveragesoldpriceinthemulti-family sectorgrewby38%andbuildingsiteaveragesoldpricejumped43%comparedtoQ32014.
