2018 Chairman Letter February 2018
This is my first message as your 2018 Chairman. I would like to thank the 2017 officer corps for a very fine job. I would like to welcome the new officer corps of 2018. We still have a couple of openings and are look-ing to fill them with some fresh faces. As an officer in the Senior Princesses it is less time consuming than the Adventure Princesses. We only meet once a month and each officer runs one or two events during the year. If you would like to join our fellow officers please contact me at (440) 478-5463. We can really use your help. The Induction Ceremony was greatly attended by many. Bill made a delicious buffet that was enjoyed by all. I would also like to thank everyone that pitched in to help setup for the ceremony. Unfortunately, our reserva-tion wasn’t listed correctly by the YMCA staff but we were still able to work everything out. The Polar Blast Snow Tubing was another great event. I would like to apologize if you weren’t able to get discounted tickets. This is the first year that the tickets for $10 were sold out early. It was cold but the very fast chutes made up for it. Everyone had fun and socialized with others throughout the night. I would like to let everyone know we are going to have some new events and a new fall camp with fishing and more, so keep a watch for the-se in the newsletter.
