Main Assembly

The monoblock design of the main assembly makes it

extremely robust and durable, minimizing vibrations

during operation.

Driven System

This detail, along with the use of brushless Siemens motors and

Atlanta rack-pinion gears, enables the machine to reach high

speed, high accuracy and excellent cutting quality during the entire

cutting process.

Cutting Bridge

The honeycomb design and automated robot laser welding, produce an ultralight and high-

rigidity cutting bridge, therefore contributing for high cutting speed and precision.

Compact Design of All in One System (LASER Source and CNC box)

There is no need for external air condition room, because the resonator, chiller and e-box, are

Siemens Controller

Sinumerik 840D is one of the most reliable CNC control system all over the

world, which provide stable and fast I/O communication between user and the

machine. Many applications developed by us, are easily adjusted to Sinumerik

840D due to the open structure of it.

various applications respectively.

Automatic Lubrication

The Automatic Lubrication system is available as standard for the PS SERIES.

This automatic grease system is very reliable and provides precise lubrication

when and where it is needed.

And because it is connected to the PS SERIES internal PLC, also warns when it

is time to replace the grease pack.

1. Technical Specifications

All technical specifications which are not specifically indicated in the order confirmation document but are

described in catalogues, brochures and price lists are provided as general information and are not binding.

Therefore, HK reserves the right to modify such specifications, without prejudice to the basic technical,

structural and functioning characteristics of the machine, without prior notice to the buyer.

2. Delivery

Delivery time and port shall be agreed at the time of the order. The machine will not be delivered before

any financing agreement is firmed up.

3. Installation

The HK will install and test the machine on your premises.

The following are charged to the customer:

Arranging a sturdy floor where to position and fix the machine;

Providing suitable means for unloading and handling the machine (Forklift, Crane etc.);

Arranging a specific power line for the machine, equipped with electrical panel compliant with the

current safety regulations and the requirements listed in the installation scheme.

Standard installation will take about 7 days / testing and training will take about 5 days.

4. Assistence and Warranty

The machine has a two-years warranty, the consumable and accessory components are not including.

The warranty includes replacements of faulty components and repairs carried out at our/your premises.

Warranty conditions are only valid if original spare parts are used.

The customer is not entitled to a refund for the time lost during the machine repairing outage period.

The installation complies with all safety regulations in force and is provider with CE marking.

5. Term of Payment

The prices don’t include taxes and/or customs, which shall be charged to the Customer.

Payments conditions are the following:

20% deposit with order

40% before the shipment

40% after acceptance of installation within 10 days
