ZCorp wants to enter the medical equipment field in order to expand their opportunities. The medical equipment field has a strong future and ZCorp has the opportunity to take ahold of that field and excel fast. 2 How long will it take for ZCorp to enter the medical equipment field?

ZCorp is working around the clock in order to get the medical equipment line started as soon as possible. It is important to plan ahead and prepare for any potential problems. ZCorp is more concerned with doing it right and eliminating any problems that can arise. Quality is always better than speed.

3 Will ZCorp need to expand their current plant?

The current plant that produces the pharmaceutical grade medication is too small to accommodate the medical equipment line. A new plant is in the

works and details will be released at a future time.

4 How much will it cost to add a medical equipment line? ZCorp has been planning on adding a medical equipment line for some time. It was important to start the planning early to know when the best time to start would be. ZCorp has been putting money aside for the project and expects to incur no fees.

1 Where will the medical equipment plant be located?

The medical plant will be located in the Evanston area of Chicago. It is the only company in Chicago that produces both pharmaceutical drugs and

medical equipment. 2 Why was the Evanston area chosen for the new plant site?

ZCorp choose this location because most of the materials needed have to be shipped from Canada by water. The location of the plant is next to the

receiving port and will eliminate the need for ground transport. 3 When will the plant be operational?

The building phase is scheduled to begin in August 2013 and will be starting production of equipment in June 2014. The plant will begin testing

the production equipment in April 2014. 4 How much will ZCorp pay for the construction of the plant?

The cost of the project is $96 million. The company has been planning the building for a long period of time and has saved up the funds for the

project. It is important for ZCorp to have proper funding’s for the project in order to set future goals.

5 Is the plant going to be environmental friendly?

The protection and care for the environment is on the top of the list for

ZCorp. Water is a very important source for the production of the equipment. The water is used to cool down the machines that will make the medical equipment. ZCorp will discharge the spent water at the same

temperature that the lake water will currently be. Waste will be properly disposed of and no harmful chemicals will be released back into the

environment.

ATLATNA, (MAY 20, 2013) – ZCorp Pharmaceuticals is announcing plans to build a

medical equipment plant in the Evanston area of Chicago as part of the company’s goal

of expanding their production line. It is the only company in the country that produces

both pharmaceutical drugs and medical equipment.

“I recently announced that ZCorp is expanding our company into the field of medical

equipment and now I am pleased to announce that we have chosen a location for the

medical equipment plant,” said Vincent V. James, CEO of ZCorp Pharmaceuticals. “The

reason we have chosen the Evanston area is because the location is accessible both by

land, air, and the Great Lakes. Our plant also requires us to be near a water source for the

cooling of our production equipment. I want to let the people of the Great Lakes region

know that the water that will be discharged back into the lake will be completely free of

pollutants. The water will also be cooled down to the average temperature of the lake to

insure no wildlife is harmed. ZCorp is excited about the location and is going to focus on

giving back to the surrounding community.

The medical plant will be two stories tall and three football fields in length. The majority

of the plant will be used to produce the medical equipment and house the research and

development team. The reaming part of the plant will be used to clean and cool the

discharged water that the plant is using. ZCorp will be funding the entire project and will

not be reflected in the local taxes. The cost of the project is $96 million. The company

has been planning the building for a long period of time and has saved up the funds for

works, health monitoring equipment, and microscopic cameras that can be entered into

the area of operation without invasive surgery.

ZCorp has had engineers employed for the last couple of years that have been working on

the best ways to produce the equipment. The engineers are also looking into how to be

environmental friendly. The location for the medical equipment plant has not been

announced at this point in time.

Biography

Vincent V. James CEO of ZCorp

Vincent V. James has an extensive background when it comes to leadership. James is pleased to

lead ZCorp to the next level in the pharmaceutical and medical equipment industry.

James is the former CEO of PharmTec, which is a pharmaceutical company that specialized in

the development of modern hi-tech medications. James worked for PharmTec for five years.

Prior to PharmTec, James served as the Chief Operating Officer for several pharmaceutical

companies including MedaLabs, which specialized in the production pharmaceutical

medications.

James has a B.A in management from Kennesaw State University and an M.B.A form Coles

College. He is a member of the National Pharmaceutical Association and is currently still on the

board. The board is made up by the Atlanta Management Group, an organization of executive

managers, and the Florida Fishing Club and Georgia Racket Club.

James, 56, is married and has one son in the medical field. He lives in Buckhead, GA and is

respected in the medical community for his stern leadership skills and understanding of

pharmaceutical and medical equipment. His management style is one of the best and is h ighly

looked up too. ZCorp has total revenue of $158 million and it continues to grow.
