Procedure for obtain Provisional Eligibility Certificate

ELIGIBILITY CASE:-

Theapplicants from CBSE, NIOS, H.S.C. Boards other than Maharashtra State, Dip. Ed. And Degree from other than University of Mumbai will have to obtain the Provisional Eligibility Certificate which will be issued from Eligibility Unit, Room No. 108, Institute of Distance and Open Learning, (IDOL)Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma Bhavan, Vidyanagari, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-98. which may take 8 to 10 working days.

Applicants are requested to obtain the Provisional Eligibility Certificatebefore taking the admission in any course of IDOL,Without Provisional Eligibility Certificateapplicants will not be allowed to take admission in any course at ALC centers.

Date of issue of the Provisional Eligibility Certificate should be of same academic year. Old Eligibility Certificate will not be valid for the admission.

The Applicantsrequested to visit the above mentioned office with the following required documents.

The section will give aapplication form to Applicants.

Applicantswillfilled up the appication form duly signed by him / her and attached the required documents in Original and self attested Xerox copies.

Eligibility Fees of Rs.200/- for the students who have passed their Examination from Maharashtra State University/ Board & Rs.300/- for Out of Maharashtra State University/Board . Eligibility Form Fees Rs.20/-

Document Verification charges Rs.400/- for the students who have passed their Board examination from other than Maharashrta State Higher Secendary Certificate Board (Examination).

The section will verify the documents and collect the application form with the Original and self attested xerox copies.

The date of issuing the Provisional Eligibility Certificatewill be inform by the eligibility Section (IDOL)

Students will collect the Provisional Eligibility Certificate on the informed date from the section.

As soon as thestudents receive the certificate he /she will visit the MKCL ALC for taking the admission.

Applicants will submit the application form, required documents, Provisional Eligibility Certificate, Demand Draftto the ALC.Required Documents for Eligibility Certificate.

3Proof of Date of Birth. (Any one ):-Birth Certificate, 10th passing certificate, School College Leaving Certificate

4Proof of Residence (Any one ): - Produce residential proof any one Election Card / Driving License / Telephone Bill /Electricity Bill / Ration Card / Society Letter / Agreement

5Migration / T.C. Certificate.

6Passing/Convocation / Degree Certificate.

7In Case of Name Change : Marriage Registration Certificate / Gazzatte Notification (For female married students).
