The underside of the sheet has a quality nominal 15 microns thick backing coat.

Decorative Profiles for Ultimate DesignWith a micro-textured ‘Scintilla®’ surface; developed after consultation with architects, the subtle visual effects vary with the direction and intensity of light. The decorative panels are enhanced by the play of light on different surface angles.

Galvalloy SubstrateThe performance of HPS200® Ultra has been confirmed at 28 test sites around the world including Arizona, Portugal, Norway and Hong Kong. It has also been the subject of CSIRO testing in Australia at Port Fairy, one of the most aggressive coastal environments in Australia. The Galvalloy coasted steel substrate further contributes to the durability of the product.The .50mm gauge steel is hot dip coated with an alloy of almost 95% zinc and 5% aluminium (traces of other elements complete the formula) with a coating class of 265ms/m2. The substrate is Grade 550 high tensile steel.
