    Eligibility and Prizes:

    1. This exhibit is open to members in good standing of the Southwest Florida Fine Craft Guild, i.e., those who h

    fulfilled participation requirements and paid their 2014 dues. You may join the Guild at any time prior to Receivingduring Receiving. Calendar year 2014 dues are $35. Participation requirements also include volunteering or signup to volunteer with the Guild prior to Receiving.     2. Accepted media: stone, glass, clay, fiber, wood, metal, sculpture, jewelry, and mixed media.3. Entries must be ready to display with all necessary hangers. Maximum weight is 75 lbs.Maximum size for wall ar

    30x40.If wall pieces consist of multiples, i.e., a diptych or triptych or a series, the artwork cannot exceed the tomaximum space of 30"x40". If the total measurement exceeds the maximum, then each segment will be considereseparate entry. 3D pieces may not exceed 24w x 12d x 48h and must fit on a 12x12or 12x24pedestal.

    4. Each artist may enter a maximum of three (3) pieces. It is not necessary to provide pedestals unless specialized topiece; jewelry pieces must include display stands or shadow boxes.

    5. All items must be for sale.

    6. Artists statements must be provided. Briefly staterelevant information about your pieces and/or yourself.7. Ribbons and cash prizes will be awarded as follows: 1stplace $200; 2ndplace $150; 3rdplace $75; one merit award $

    one honorable mention ribbon.8. All art work must be original: pieces made from kits, commercial patterns, molds, or decals, or with instructor-supp

    design are not acceptable.Pieces made from commercial molds, decals, or patterns where the mold, decal, or patterthe dominant design or feature are not acceptable. Technique can be copied. However, copying other artists worcopyright infringement, including copying from photographs on the internet or in books or magazines or in-percopying. Any such copies place the Guild in jeopardy, and will not be accepted. If you have questions regarding entry of pieces, please contact the Peer Review Committee. No giclees or reproductions of any kind are permitted.

    9. Pieces that have been previously shown in Guild exhibits will not be accepted.10. Each artist must submit a signed Waiver.11. Pieces that have been previously shown at the NAA will not be accepted.

    Fees and Commissions:

    1. Entry fees are $25 for the first piece entered, an additional $10 for the second piece, and an additional $5 for the thpiece.

    2. Entry fees are not refundable. Please make checks payable to the Southwest Florida Fine Craft Guild.3. NAA will retain a 30% commission on all sales. Please take this into consideration when pricing your work.4. RESPONSIBILITY: While every effort will be made to handle all work with care and to protect from loss, neither

    Southwest Florida Fine Craft Guild nor the Naples Art Association will be liable for loss or damage.5. Submission of work for this exhibition and signing the Waiver will constitute an agreement to these conditi

    including dates for exhibiting work, removing work, and permission to photograph for publicity purposes. NeitherSouthwest Florida Fine Craft Guild nor Naples Art Association will be responsible for work left beyond the specif

    pick-up time. NO WORK MAY BE REMOVED BEFORE THE REMOVAL DATE SHOWN.

    Volunteers are needed for Receiving, Installation, creating the program, hosts for the Reception, as well as Removal.
