Gloucester DACSITE VISIT REQUEST

Before the meeting:

Please return this form with a copy of any initial proposals including drawings, even if only in sketch form. A Statement of Needs would also help us to understand what you are seeking to do.

PTOAfter the meeting: Please note that the delegation from the DAC will report back to the following DAC meeting. In most cases a site visit note will be drafted and forwarded to you for information and / or amendment before the DAC meeting.

Please note that the views of the delegation may not necessarily be shared by the full DAC, and a formal view on proposals can only be confirmed following a full committee meeting. We will write to you following the meeting with the outcome of any discussions.

Who to invite: For all site visits involving reordering or liturgical change it is important that your incumbent is present, in addition to any members of development sub-committees, fabric officers or churchwardens.

It may also be helpful to have your architect/surveyor present at a site visit, but this is a decision for your PCC. Due to the potential costs involved the DAC will not invite your professional advisor to attend as a matter of course.
