Problems and Dissatisfaction

• There is problem that insects enter the inside of the store.

• The town has a lot of elderly people and they have difficulty to go shopping. Therefore, the number of customers decreases.

Plan

•We try to use electric bug killer ; a machine which kill insects by an electric shock, and use “Moscreen” which cut ultraviolet rays of lights of store.

•We try to provide a lounge for customers.

Plan2

• Traveling sale →elderly people don’t go to the shop but we go and meet them and we give them coupons. These plans are sure to attract elderly and other customer.

Each cost

• Cost of measures against hygiene →cost of working : 8400 yen →cost of total things which kill and drive back insects : 41500 yen・ Cost of traveling sale : 3600 yen/month (10% of the shop’s profit)
