It had been established in 1975; Hai Leck is presence in Singapore, Malaysia, Middle East, Thailand and Vietnam. Hai Leck undertakes the Projects as well as Maintenance services on routine and turnaround basis. Hai Leck also provides the Project and Maintenance services through our Group of companies.

TPL is a continuous Process Petrochemical Industry. A Joint venture between M/s SPIC & TIDCO had been started in 1984, consists of three plants. Plant-I produces Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB), the raw material for manufacture of Detergents. Plant-II produces Epichlorohydrin (ECH) and Plant-III produces Caustic Soda. TPL operates with ISO: 9001-2008 & ISO: 14001-2004 procedures. TPL has been implemented the SAP R/3 4.0 B and 4.6 C version in the year of 1999 and 2002 respectively and upgraded with 5.0 versions.

Over 4 years of experience in Project Execution, Construction, Maintenance and Reliability in the Petrochemical Industries.

Highly skilled in Mechanical Maintenance with all kind of Piping, Static & Rotating equipment.

Prepare the Project proposals, Planning and monitoring in close conformance of Contractual obligations with Clients.

Develop the BOM, Cost estimation and Scope finalization.

Develop the Design documents with help of design team and various other discipline Engineers.

Developed the spare parts Planning, Purchasing and provide Stock levels. Designed the Process piping, Static & Rotating equipment by using the Codes & Standards of

ASME, API, ANSI, & TEMA. Well versed in preparation of Data sheets as well as Scope of works.

Worked on Cost estimation by getting the quotations of all material from service works Contractors.

Prepared the Design package including Plot plans, Details Engineering of Piping and equipment with BOM and Piping Flexibility Analysis etc.,

Planned and scheduled the jobs and materials by raising POs for all non-stock materials. Raised the Scope of work to get a Service team. Reviewed Bids, Pre-bid meetings, selection of vendor and place a PO for various materials to

initiation of the works. Review of schedule, bar chart, manpower, tools and tackles loading. Troubleshoot and maintained the Static (Pressure vessels, Exchangers, Piping, Tanks etc.) &

Rotating equipment’s (Pumps, Compressors, Turbines and fans etc.). Created Plant Maintenance Module & Lubrication Schedules for all Static & Rotating

equipment’. Replaced and repaired the Distillation column, Piping, Fired heater and Refractory linings.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Planning and preparing to execute Turnaround work activities on heat exchangers in Exxon Mobil, PAC, Singapore.

Completed a Project work under Capital budget around INR 965000. Procured, installed and commissioned a Flaktwood Blower to deliver the fresh air for ventilation of DG room with a capacity of 115000 cubic meters.

Waste heat recovery boiler’s coil bundle has been replaced under Capital budget head and Coordinated with the fabrication team of coil fulfilling as per IBR requirements as well as Installed and commissioned respectively.

Completed another Project work under Capital budget around INR 3550000, to replaced 3 numbers of corroded DG chimney shaft in 3 DGs with each 60 meter height.
