1. Project Design Brief
Involvement at conceptual stage of project which includes feasibility studies , project positioning ,MOEF & other MEP requirements to finalize design brief
To work collaboratively with designers, agents and fund raisers to deliver maximum returns as expected in financial model without compromising quality Value Engineering during Design Development of Project with
no change in design intent with options working with costing to select as per target price

Preparation of project bar chart and defining Intermediate Milestones
Assistance in defining project execution strategy to meet the project deadlines
Order control sheet for drawings , approvals , contracts and procurement
Planning for Resources ( Man –Material -Machine ) with Project cash-flow

3.Budgeting
Initial estimates based on quick quantification and rate working as per available data to facilitate sale price
Detailed budgeting during execution stage to have target figures for execution

Quantification based on GFC ( Good for construction ) drawings
Evaluation of vendors as per contract strategy Working for tender documents as per contract conditions
Analysis of received quotes ,tender negotiations for award of contracts followed by kick-off meeting with selected vendor Contract Administration

Mobilization plan with infrastructure planning Preparation of monthly / weekly planning based on Master

Cost Monitoring at regular basis with preparation of cost to complete statements
