Distribution of STX’s Proton Power

STX’s headquarters is in Baltimore, Maryland where our best selling product the Proton Power is distributed from

Distributing these products to the US can be very costly hurting our net income

While millions of these heads are brought around the US it would be most effective to use big rigs to transport them

Fuel Efficient With Fossil Fuels

The most fuel efficient and cost effective method of transportation would be to distribute the products to retail stores around the US by putting them in a ProStar class 8 tractor trailer

ProStar tractor trailers are the most fuel efficient class 8 truck available.

The ProStar trucks have a 5.7 percent fuel advantage on any other class 8 truck

Using these trucks saves an annual $4000 in gas money

Alternative Fuel Transportation

The most cost effective method of transportation for our Proton Power’s distribution would be using a monorail system.

Monorails are powered by electric motors fed by dual third rails, contact wires or electrified channels attached to or enclosed in their guidance beams.

With no gasoline involved the cost of shipping our products would be much less than using machinery powered by fossil fuels, also monorails are capable of achieving speeds of over 300 MPH
