LONDON PROGRAMMES
Capital People
London Leadership Academy is championing a range of interventions which focus on inclusion, one of the biggest leadership challenges facing the NHS. This is partly because diversity and perceived differences can often divide and confine rather than unite our workforce. Equality legislation has undoubtedly created more opportunities, but this hasn’t always resulted in greater workplace equity, and in some cases has led to more box-ticking, enhanced political correctness and professional paralysis.
Benefits of attending
We aim to help teams and their leaders to understand how they can apply a human rights based approach to create greater equity, craft greater meritocracy within teams and develop their own skills as effective manager of teams individual performance. By giving them these simple yet powerful tools we can achieve an efficient and humane workplace for staff and service users.
